I want to thank those of you who participated in our first videoconference Alabama CB meeting last evening, Feb. 5, 2019. The audience at the meeting place included 8 AlaADE members and 14 more members were participating from home. It was gratifying to see folks from distant places in Alabama and to realize that this format saved them precious hours from their busy lives. While the audio and video quality were not 100%, I think we proved that this approach can work. The numbers do not lie; we had more people in attendance than at any previous AlaADE meeting in the past 5 years.

I look forward to getting feedback on the videoconference format and I hope that our April meeting on Zoom will be even better.
