In memory of Kim Higgins RN, CDE of the quarter
Please join us by sending prayers and condolences to the family and friends of Kim Higgins. We are saddened by the recent news of Kim’s passing. She was a leader in our community, never afraid to take on new challenges and was always willing to volunteer her time. The diabetes community has lost a warrior and a beloved friend. We wish her family, friends and colleagues peace.
Steps to Nominate 2016 AZ-AADE CDE of the Quarter
- Your CB is here to support the CDEs in AZ and here to celebrate the impact you make within our community.
- Your local CB is starting a new tradition, to recognize a CDE of the quarter! When the CDE is selected, they not only will the CDE receive high 5s from all of us but they will also receive free registration to the following year’s AZ-AADE state meeting.
- If you would like to nominate yourself or a colleague, please email ArizonaAADE@gmail.com with your contact information, the person you are nominating contact information and answer the 3 questions below.
- Why do you feel they should be recognized?
- If they had a motto to life or their career what do you think it would be? Or share their favorite quote?
- What is the best advice they have received and who was it from?
