It was a very busy March for many nutrition professionals, as they participated in National Nutrition Month (NNM), an annual awareness campaign developed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). This year's theme, "Savor the Flavor of Eating Right," was a call to slow down and enjoy flavorful, healthy foods- particularly, with the help of mindful eating techniques.
