ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:  Join us for our Annual Fall Meeting as we hear from a variety of speakers on emerging topics in diabetes care and education. Together, we will explore some of the field's more “controversial topics” to ensure you have the resources and tools you need to further discuss with patients and colleagues.


TARGET AUDIENCE:
This activity is designed for individuals or groups of diabetes care and education specialists including registered nurses, registered dietitians, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, physician assistants, physicians, and other health care providers interested in staying up to date on emerging topics in diabetes care and education.

We are excited to offer registrants of the ADCES Colorado Annual Conference the opportunity to take a professional headshot.  Professional photographer, Camryn Schwab, will be onsite during the event to offer individual portraits-great for a portfolio, speaker submission, LinkedIn etc.

The cost is $10 per 10 minute session. You will receive 3-5 digital photos following the event.

Sessions are limited. When registering,  select > ADCES Colorado Annual Fall Conference: Member or NonMember + Headshot. 

Once registered, we will assign you a 10-minute photography session between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Requirements for successful completion:
For successful completion, participants are required to attend the full activity, and complete and submit the program evaluation at the conclusion of the educational event. Your Statement of Credit will be issued upon submission of the evaluation form. Pharmacists must provide their date of birth (MMDD) and NABP ePID to receive credit. Pharmacist learners who fail to provide this information will not receive credit for this activity. Please check your NABP profile within 45 days of this activity to make sure your credits were uploaded. Per the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, nurse practitioners are eligible to claim continuing education contact hours from ANCC
