Coordinating Body Chair-Elect

1. Description

1. This is a nominated/elected position and is an ADCES-required position for Coordinating Body leadership.  The time commitment is one-year, after which the individual will advance to the Coordinating Body Chair position.

2. Position Duties

1. Assumes the duties of the Coordinating Body Chair in their absence.

2. Work alongside the Coordinating Body Chair to drive initiatives related to new opportunities and tools for coordinating body members.

3. Attend and participate in national leadership calls

4. Attend and participate state board of directors meetings

5. Actively work to recruit new members to serve in leadership roles on the board of directors.

3. Travel/Training

1. The Colorado Coordinating Body will support the attendance of the Coordinating Body Chair at the ADCES annual meeting during the year (s)he presides. The Coordinating Body Chair must represent the Colorado Coordinating Body, including its Board of Directors and members. Reimbursement costs include; registration fee, airfare, airport parking, and hotel accommodations. Total allowable reimbursable costs are at the discretion of the current Board of Directors based on the budget.
