Dear Indiana Diabetes Educators,
Your Coordinating Body (CB) and Local Networking Group (LNG) leaders are continuing to work hard to revitalize and broaden our network of diabetes educators. We’re offering more educational opportunities, such as the free ICADE Spring Event: Mental Health and Diabetes Educators, as well as additional opportunities to connect with each other during conference calls. We’re developing a stronger social networking system to connect with you easily. We’re staying on top of advocacy issues relevant to diabetes to keep you informed and involved. At the Annual Meeting (in Indy!), we’re planning a time for all Hoosier Diabetes Educators to gather for networking and to honor the Indiana Diabetes Educator of the Year. We’ll also be contacting you soon to let you know about volunteer opportunities at the Annual Meeting.
