Please see the below urgent request from a University of Iowa student. She is requesting blinded (no patient info) data regarding goal completion for DSMT program participants, in
specific Iowa counties. Please email Sydney directly (
sydney-tylke@uiowa.edu) with any information you can provide for her.
She needs this info by September 16, 2020.I would like data on the number and proportion of DSMES participants that achieved ADCES health goals (lowered A1C levels, foot checks, eye exams, % of body weight reduction, whatever was measured, etc). I request data from DSMES programs in the following counties: Des Moines, Mills, Muscatine, Pottawattamie, Scott, Story, Wapello, and Warren. Deadline is September 16, 2020.
