There’s a last ditch effort in Congress to repeal the Affordable Care Act and they are going to act before September 30th. Because the Senate couldn’t pass an earlier version of the bill, they made changes that will result in worse healthcare coverage! Right now, the bill only needs a couple more votes to pass the Senate, so we need your help, and we need it now.
Tell your senators: reject this bad bill and take the time to focus instead on bipartisan common sense efforts to strengthen our health care system.
And here’s the kicker: the bill is being pushed through the Senate so quickly that your senators don’t even know how many people would lose their health coverage or see their premiums increase if this bill becomes law. You read that right--millions of children and adults could lose insurance, and many more could see higher costs, but the Senate may still vote on this bill without knowing if you or your family will be harmed.
