Hello, fellow educators!
Iowa AADE is starting an online book club for our members! We would like to have our first online discussion at the end of July. We are looking for book and journal article suggestions. If you have a great resource you would like to share with us, please let us know! We are interested in books, journal articles and novels with topics/characters relevant to diabetes and diabetes education.
For example, we can read novels that feature a character with diabetes or caring for someone with diabetes. We can also discuss books on diabetes or topics beneficial to diabetes (such as mental health, weight management, etc) or recent journal articles with new science that caught your attention! To help us build a "library" of resources, we would like to take suggestions from our members for materials to read.
