The College Diabetes Network has a resource online and printed available for college-bound students with diabetes "You've Got This: A Guide for Young Adults Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes." There are both parent and student booklets available.
CDN “Off to College Booklets” are a great resource for students and families getting ready for college with T1D. Students and families can request digital copies of the second edition of these booklets. Check out previews of the Student and Caregiver Booklets! Clinicians, schools, and organizations can request first edition hard-copy booklets. Print versions of the second edition will be available in late spring 2018.

They also have sessions at AADE18 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and will be present in the Exhibit Hall at booth #350.
