Dear Missouri AADE Members:
On November 7th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM members of the Missouri AADE are invited to meet at the Missouri Capital in Jefferson City at the 3rd Floor House Alcove near the Grand Staircase and Capital Rotunda to celebrate Diabetes Awareness Month in Missouri. We will provide information to our State Legislators regarding the physical, emotional, social, and economic burden that Diabetes causes many Missourians. ALL AADE members are encouraged and welcome to attend. We will be joined by Primaris and also by students from the Lincoln School of Nursing who will be taking BP's on that day. We will also be screening individuals for Diabetes Risk. Please join your State Coordinating Body for this event that should be both fun and an opportunity for us to get the word out about the burden of Diabetes in Missouri.
