Today is the last day of October and soon the whirlwind of the Holidays will be coming quickly upon us. There is much speculation, wonder, excitement and anxiety about change. It is times like this when we need to slow down and be MINDFUL. What am I talking about by being mindful? Take those deep breaths, take care of yourself. Appreciate everything good that you have. Cherish your family and friends. Worry less; eat well and get some fun exercise. Be present when you speak and when you listen. Remember your tone and body language. Remember, we have today to make a difference-make it a present that will not be forgotten..
