Supporting Physical Activity Goals

With the glimmers of sunshine this week as a reminder that spring is on the way, some of my patients have been feeling motivated to make exercise goals. If you or your patients are interested in moving more, try supporting them with tools and resources to help them keep up the positive momentum.  Below are some examples.  What types of exercise resources have you shared with your patients?

National Institute on Aging - Get Fit For Life: Exercise & Physical Activity for Healthy Aging (can get PDF or hard copy)

Megan,
Thanks for sharing this.  I would like to provide a recommended Yoga YTube video for my individuals with Type 2 - do you have any favorites?

Thanks
