1: Download the t:connect mobile app
Search t:connect mobile app from your iphone or “Tandem Diabetes Care” on Google Play. Create an account if you do not already have one.
2: Enable Mobile Connection: Unlock your pump screen, tap:
Options, Device Settings, Bluetooth Settings, and then toggle on. You may need to do a software update on your pump.
3: Login to the Mobile App:
Open the mobile app and login.
- Pair with your Insulin Pump: Follow the prompts on the phone and pump to connect the devices.
- Reap the benefits!
Have the freedom to wirelessly provide your pump data to your health care provider.
