The Coordinating Body and LNG leadership is working hard for our Texas members in 2019! The four LNG leaders in Austin (Bluebonnet LNG), Houston (STADE LNG), NTX (DFW area), and San Antonio will be hosting CE programs and networking events so be sure that you are signed up on your LNG page to receive notifications! Registration for AADE19 opens on Feb 26th! The Texas CB is offering six scholarship registrations so please consider submitting an application. Also, the Texas CB will have a “Texas” room at the convention center so members will be able to hang out and network at the meeting. I am really looking forward to meeting new members and recruiting new volunteer leaders!
I hope you have read or listened to a presentation on AADE’s new vision. As a long-time diabetes educator I loved the renewed energy around our role!
