2023 Coordinating Body - Chair Elect

  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Attend national ADCES leadership conference
  • Lead the team; call for and preside at board meetings
  • Clarify the goals & roles for all leaders
  • Steer the state overall to meet the members needs
  • Serve as point person for correspondence from national office and share as appropriate with team leaders
  • Work with update conference chair to make sure that everything is being   planned to meet ADCES Utah goals
  • Make sure that state organization is fiscally responsible
  • Review and approve purchases and reimbursements from Financial leader
  • Submit an annual financial plan
  • Review monthly financial statements
  • Attend national leadership conference calls
  • Update or create policies and procedures as needed. 
  • Send out reminders about board meetings.
  • Write and post agenda for board meetings.
