The single page Guide for Diabetes Care has also been updated and stored as a PDF in the Downloadable Resources section of this page . Glossy, heavy stock paper versions will be available via mail by request to gail.twitchell@state.vt.us by end of February.
A new handout entitled "Safe disposal of syringes and other sharps" has been posted in the VT Dept of Health; Diabetes Toolkit (and attached as a low resolution PDF in the Downloadable Resources section of this page). A higher res for printing is also available by email request.
A PDF of the Diabetes Medicine Update 2012 is now under the Learning to Live Well with Diabetes publication.
