Goals of the Role:
This position is focused on member retention and attracting new members. It's goal is to actively engage with members and potential-members to demonstrate the value of ADCES and the WA CB.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Send Welcome/Informational emails to new members (once/month)
- Track member engagement & poll member satisfaction
- Obtain member feedback and actively engage members to make sure we are meeting their needs
- Work on strategies to increase member engagement/participation with volunteer opportunities (i.e. Annual Conference)
- Work with local schools (colleges and nursing programs) to promote the role of the DCES
- Participate in monthly Coordinating Body meetings (via Zoom or phone call) to provide updates and give feedback on any items at hand
Time Commitment:
This is a new position, so the time commitment is unknown and could change as the position evolves. Estimated 1-3 hours per month as Membership Lead, and 1 hour per month for CB Meeting. Once yearly in November we have a half-day CB Retreat meeting.
