The time has come to begin registration for the Annual WyADE conference. Our conference will be held this year in Riverton, WY May 9th - 10th. We are proud to be able to offer CEUs for attendance. Our focus this year will primarily be on cardiovascular health and diabetes. Registration can be completed @ WyADE 2019.
As Chair, it is my goal to continue to spotlight the amazing things happening throughout the state and to collaborate with all people interested in improved patient outcomes. Please feel free to share our conference information with peers. Working together is the only way we can continue to improve the outcome of our patients and our communities as a whole.
