I am a passionate nurse and educator with experience in the inpatient and outpatient settings. I have been a CDCES member since 2014. I serve as the Immediate Past President for the National Association of Hispanic Nurse (NAHN) - Hartford Chapter and chair the NAHN DIversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. My area of expertise is in glyemic management, diabetes self-management education and nursing education. In all of my work, I am committed to true inclusion and being anti-racist.
