I am an RD, CDCES in a small rural clinic, the first one they have ever had. Prior to my time here I spent nearly 6 years at Mayo Clinic Health Systems. There I was the only CDCES in the southwest Minnesota Region from 2023 to early 2026 when my time there ended. And before that, my first RD job was working in foodservice at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
