Nutrition education is my passion. I am a lifelong learner always looking for the latest info especially when it comes to diet, lifestyle and exercise. I enjoy helping my clients find what changes that truly make an improvement in their health and living active lives. One effective change I have found for all my clients is to incorporate more plant based protejns weekly. I have several new recipes and ways to incorporate fruit, vegetables, greens and whole grains into our comfort recipes in new ways. I look forward to retuning to my cooking classes , hopefully before 2023!
