I have enjoyed working in endocrinology and diabetes for almost 20 years. I have experience as a diabetes educator and a provider of diabetes care. I have worked extensively with diabetes technology, transition of emerging adults and pregnancy. I enjoy mentoring nurse practitioner students. I have participated in research and have published my work on transition. I am a reviewer for journals and have edited text book chapters. I have been fortunate to speak at conferences on diabetes topics at the local, regional and national levels.
