I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). I am licensed in Texas, and previously worked in both Illinois and Iowa. I enjoy helping people find ways to live the life they imagine.
Outside of work I enjoy cooking, sweary embroidery, yelling at people on the internet, and petting all the dogs.
