This white paper was generated by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) through a convening of a multidisciplinary, nationally recognized group of experts with a vested interest in the care of people with CKM. ADCES was represented at the table during the convening, during which NCQA sought input to inform the development of a framework for evaluating the quality of care, patient experience, and outcomes related to CKM syndrome.
